Automate centres on robots, machine vision, motion control and the practical equipment needed to automate work. Its strongest demonstrations show an entire task rather than a robot moving in isolation: finding an object, manipulating it, checking the result and recovering from variation. The Las Vegas edition is aimed at professional users, but it can produce accessible stories about physical AI and the changing design of machines.
