CES Unveiled Las Vegas is a preview event built around direct product demonstrations rather than the full CES exhibition experience. Its compact format can be useful for meeting founders, obtaining initial hands-on impressions and identifying products that deserve a longer appointment during the main show. The central editorial task is separating a working sample from a launch promise: ask about shipping dates, specifications, price and geographic availability. Participation is subject to CES credential and media-access rules, so a standard consumer visit should not be assumed. Treat any product shown as its own announcement, not as proof that an entire category will reach stores immediately.
